Eligibility: Replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and the original invoice/bill.

Non-Eligible Returns: Products that show signs of wear, damage, or missing accessories/documentation will not be eligible for replacement.

Unauthorized Repairs: Any unauthorized or third-party repairs or attempts at repair will void the warranty and make the product ineligible for replacement or service.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, and when a replacement is not available.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
3. Cancellation Policy
