Terms & Conditions
All information, products, and services displayed on the nzcart.com website constitute an “invitation to offer.” Your order for purchase represents your “offer” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below. nzcart.com reserves the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason thereof.
By accessing and using the nzcart.com website owned and operated by NZCART, you (the User) agree to the following terms and conditions. NZCART reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any of these terms at any time without prior notice.
You (the User) are therefore advised to carefully read these Terms and Conditions each time you use nzcart.com.
Color Accuracy
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on the website. However, as actual colors may vary depending on your device or monitor settings, NZCART cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the product’s true color.
Eligibility
The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this website and make purchases.
Limitation of Liability
NZCART shall not be responsible for any damage or loss suffered by users due to the use of services on nzcart.com. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, data, or damages resulting from delays, non-delivery, missed delivery, or service interruptions arising from any act or omission of a vendor or third-party service provider.
This disclaimer also applies to damages or injuries caused by system failures, defects, errors, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, unauthorized access, data corruption, or any other cause of action, whether in contract or tort.
Order Fulfillment
NZCART takes full responsibility for your order once it has been dispatched using authorized private courier companies (such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.) that service your pincode.
In the event of a dispute, a dispatch or packing video will be shared as final proof of the product’s condition and packaging at the time of shipment.
Pricing and Availability
Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of NZCART.
Order Cancellations
Requests for cancellation of an order placed on nzcart.com will be accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
Incorrect Pricing
NZCART reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. In such cases, the payment will be refunded, and the User will be informed accordingly.
Delayed or Failed Delivery
If a non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the User (such as an invalid address or unavailability of the recipient), any additional shipping or redelivery charges incurred will be borne by the User.
Customer Information
The User agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and up-to-date information while using nzcart.com. NZCART reserves the right to verify and validate the details provided by the User at any time.
If any information is found to be false or misleading, NZCART may, at its sole discretion, cancel the registration and restrict the User from accessing the website or making further purchases, without prior notice.
Warranty, Returns & Replacement Policy
NZCART’s liability for any return, repair, replacement, or warranty-related claim shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
Warranty coverage is applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects or Dead on Arrival (DOA) issues, subject to inspection and verification by NZCART.
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any warranty, DOA, or damage-related claim. The video must clearly show the sealed package, uncut seals, and the complete unboxing process.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video, or based on incomplete, edited, or unverifiable evidence, will not be entertained under any circumstances.
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer is required to ship the product back to NZCART’s designated address at their own responsibility. The product will undergo a detailed inspection and testing process upon receipt.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
NZCART will attempt to repair the product wherever possible.
If repair is not feasible, NZCART will arrange a replacement of the same or equivalent product.
The time taken for inspection, repair, or replacement arrangement shall be excluded from the original warranty period, and the warranty will be extended by the exact duration required to complete the resolution process.
In case the customer does not wish to wait for repair or replacement, NZCART may, at its discretion, offer:
A replacement product of the same price, or
A better or upgraded product upon payment of the applicable price difference.
NZCART does not directly manufacture products and does not provide a standalone manufacturer warranty. However, NZCART may assist customers in coordinating with the respective brand or authorized service center wherever applicable.
The final determination regarding defect validation, repair feasibility, replacement eligibility, or alternative resolution rests solely with NZCART, based on inspection findings and availability.
Third-Party Payment Fraud
NZCART will not be liable for any kind of credit card or payment fraud. The responsibility for fraudulent card usage lies solely with the User, and the onus to prove otherwise rests with the User. Customers are advised to use only their own cards or payment methods on nzcart.com.
